On Grief: The Great Pause

Change always brings a period of grieving for what you are leaving behind, even if you know you are stepping into something better.

Nothing is "wrong" but I am allowing my body to process the grief I continue to feel as I shed a large piece of my life and move forward into the next phase.

Grief isn't "good" or "bad".

It's a normal, healthy piece of the puzzle when things change in your life. It's important to honor the experiences you had that brought you to this EXACT moment.

Nothing, I repeat, NOTHING is a coincidence. Everything is divinely inspired and each of us has the ability to witness that inspiration every moment of every day.

If anything, this Great Pause has given me clarity, purpose and strength, despite the intense grief. I am now ready to walk into the unknown, fully trusting and loving myself - and knowing that I have exactly what I need in order to live the life of my dreams.

You know the funny thing? Everything I needed was there all along, I just didn't know it.

You know the other funny thing? Each one of us has everything inside of us, too. As Rumi says, "You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in one drop."

YOU are the ocean. YOU are Divine Love. YOU are Divine Light.

Many blessings,
