How Movement can Help Our Nervous System
This immersive workshop blends gentle movement, mindful reflection, and herbal wisdom to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. We’ll begin with guided stretching designed to open energy channels and move our chi, creating a sense of flow and grounding. From there, you’ll be guided through self-love journaling prompts to explore your inner world and uncover fresh insights about who you are and what you need to thrive.
We’ll also explore a few herbs known to soothe and strengthen the nervous system, discussing practical ways to incorporate them into your daily life as supportive allies for calm, resilience, and balance. The experience closes with an open circle discussion, leaving space for connection, integration, and community sharing.
